Terms of service — Prepster

These terms govern your access to and use of Prepster. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

This is a placeholder document. Prepster's final terms of service will be published before any paid features go live.

1. The service

Prepster provides software tools that convert user-submitted study materials (PDFs and related content) into interactive mock tests and evaluation reports. The service is available via our web application at prepster.net.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of any study materials you upload. You grant Prepster a limited licence to process those materials solely to deliver the service to you — for example, to convert a PDF into a mock test. We do not claim rights over your content and do not use it to train third-party models without your explicit consent.

4. Payments and bundles

Test bundles are paid one-time and do not auto-renew. Attempts from a bundle do not expire and can be used at your own pace. Pricing displayed on the landing page is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refunds and cancellation

If Prepster fails to deliver a test you paid for, we will refund the attempt or the proportional bundle value. Write to help@prepster.net within 14 days of the issue.

6. Acceptable use

You must not upload content you do not have permission to use, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use the service to harass other users.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
